Meet Anita
Anita P. Kirkman, founder and CEO of Vision in Purpose (VIP) Coaching and Training, is a certified life and business coach who empowers small office and home office business women to prosper in their business and life. She specializes in helping them to transform their beliefs around time, money, self, and leadership. She is committed to helping these professionals reach their full potential in these areas in order to attract business success and personal growth. Through her passionate and energetic coaching combined with her unique ability to inspire and train, her clients have experienced tremendous business growth, financial control, better time management, increased self-awareness, and they have overcome self-sabotage in order to attain and sustain their desired goals.
With a background in the financial industry and having held securities and insurance licenses, Anita has helped numerous individuals and families develop strategies to help them move forward with their financial goals. Whether it is the reduction or management of debts, the restoration of credit, or having a strong command of financial matters, Anita has helped her clients address financial challenges. She has experience working with women, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and service members teaching them the basics of money management and more importantly helping them to discover and understand their relationship with money.
Anita has helped several of her clients transform their businesses through the use of her training in Energy Leadership™ and her “Empower the Leader Within” program. Her clients have experienced great results in their business and life as she has helped them to define their vision, realize their purpose, and to develop a winning mindset. After working with Anita, some results for her clients have been: 1- attracting and landing larger business accounts, 2- promotion to the next level of leadership, 3- increased sales and recruiting.
Anita received her certifications in Core Energy Coaching and Energy Leadership Coaching through the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), Shrewsbury, NJ. In addition to running her own company, Anita, is a school director and trainer for IPEC Coaching. She is also an active member of the Business Networking International (BNI), where she served as Education Coordinator, the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), and the Filipino American Multi-Ethnic Society (FAMES).
For over two decades, Anita, has been married to Edric A Kirkman, a Colonel in the armed forces. She has supported him, moved fourteen times and kept the home front, all while maintaining her independence as a business women. She is the proud mother of two adult sons, Lamar, a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA and Alonzo, a senior graduating Cum Laude honors from Moanalua High School, Honolulu HI.
